STEP 1:

EXPLORE

Ed shared his layout plan, design as well as the functional requirements for his new home, a 1,248 sqft 3-bedder resale HDB unit. Ed's priority is in creating efficient space utilisation, maximising storage possibilities, while achieving a good flow and space within the home. Some specific requirements included the segregation of wet and dry kitchen, the inclusion of a bar counter; as well as to incorporate a study table in his son's room.

STEP 2:

VISUALIZE

Within 14 days, we presented Ed with a proposal through the VR technology, as well as an estimated quotation based on our first discussion. Explore our VR proposal to Ed by clicking on the image below:

With the immersive VR experience, Ed gained a vivid visualization of his space, enabling him to make informed decisions on layout, functionality, and materials with greater clarity. Ed proposed some changes and at this point, have decided to work with us as his renovation partner.

STEP 3:

FINALIZE

We conducted an inspection on-site to check for structural integrity and other safety considerations, as well as confirming carpentry specifications. Once finalised, we established a detailed timeline and presented the final quotation to Ed with clear cost breakdowns. After the contract was signed, we moved on to the most exciting phase, where we brought his visions to life.

STEP 4:

COMMENCE

We began with hacking works on-site, while carpentry works began in our factory. We shared progress updates every end of work day so Ed could follow along the progress of the project without having to be on-site.

STEP 5:

PAY UPON SIGN-OFF

Every fortnightly, we shared an invoice based on completed work, signed off by Ed after inspection on-site. Ed's project took about 3 months to complete. A 1-year post-renovation warranty was extended to Ed for further peace of mind.
